Saucy grilled steelhead

  1. 1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip mayonaise
  2. 1/4 cup fresh chopped Dill
  3. 2 tablespoons Sugar
  4. 1-2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  5. 1/4 cup Minced Onions
  6. 1-2 pounds of Steelhead Fillets (skin on)


  1. Stir all ingredients together except the steelhead in a bowl
  2. Grill the steelhead @ about 400 degrees until almost fully cooked.(fish will flake apart when nearly done)
  3. Brush on a hefty amount of sauce to each fillet, enough to cover completely.
  4. Enjoy the fish. just gently flake it away from skin-dont eat skin and watch for bones
