  1. 1 stick butter
  2. garlic salt
  3. old bay seasoning
  4. seasoned salt
  5. lemon pepper
  6. chopped onions
  7. chopped green peppers
  8. aluminum foil


  1. 1. take one trout or salmon fillet and cover it with all the above ingredients on both sides 2. place the fillet on a piece of foil big enough to wrap around and cover the entire fillet 3. place a stick of butter on top of the fillet 4. wrap the fish up in the foil so that its tight enough to keep the butter from escaping 5. place in over and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees
