  1. Liquid smoke can be used with a dehydrator. Just add the LS to any recipe that calls for marinating. If you don't have a dehydrator,try using your oven. Set temp on low (125) for about 4-6 hrs. Leave the oven door open just a crack to let moisture escape. P.S. get ok from the woman of the house first as she may not care for the smell of drying fish in her kitchen
