Jack Daniels Trout, Salmon or Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound deboned trout, salmon, or chicken
1/2 cup teriyaki
1/4 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, sliced
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. balck pepper
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a glass or ceramic pan. Place trout, salmon, or chicken in marinade. Spray broiler tray with nonstick vegetable spray. Broil salmon, trout, or chicken until outside is seared to a light brown (approximately 12-15 minutes). While fish or chicken is broiling put marinade into a sauce pan. Cook marinade until slightly thickened. Place fish or chicken on serving platter. Pour thickened marinade over.
