Ingredients

  1. Salt and Pepper
  2. All Purpose Flour
  3. Instant Potato Flakes
  4. Egg and Milk Wash
  5. Frying Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.)Soak steelhead fillets in milk overnight to draw out oil. 2.)Cut fillets into strips. 3.)Prepare egg/milk wash. 4.)Roll fillet stripsin egg/milk wash. 5.)Roll fillet strips in flour and let stand. 6.)Roll floured fillet strips in instant potato flakes. 7.)Preheat fryer to 350 degrees F 8.)Fry on both sides until golden brown. Makes a great meal when served with fried boiled potatoes.... Enjoy
