Fantastic Walleye

This was given to me by a good friend Dan and Carol Pausa of Chicago. This recipe was originally submitted on the old FishErie site by Jim Carey.

Ingredients

  1. 1 quart butter milk
  2. Unseasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Dip walleye in buttermilk, then in bread crumbs. Make sure fish is completely covered with bread crumbs. Deep fry in clean oil. Serve with lemon or tarter sauce. The fresher the fish the better they taste.
