Saucy grilled steelhead
1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip mayonaise
1/4 cup fresh chopped Dill
2 tablespoons Sugar
1-2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Minced Onions
1-2 pounds of Steelhead Fillets (skin on)
-Stir all ingredients together except the steelhead in a bowl
-Grill the steelhead @ about 400 degrees until almost fully cooked.(fish will flake apart when nearly done
-Brush on a hefty amount of sauce to each fillet, enough to cover completely.
-Let cook with the sauce on until fully done (about 2 minutes longer)leave the sauce on.
-Enjoy the fish. just gently flake it away from skin-dont eat skin and watch for bones
