Owners Gary & Dottie Heubel are both natives to the Erie Area, and have been avid anglers all their lives.  Gary has been in the Bait & Tackle business since the early 1980's, where he worked for the old Complete Angler while in high school.  They bought the west side location in 1996.  With the ideals of honest and good service, and a lot of experience in the Bait & Tackle industry, their business has grown with the addition of a second location in the spring of 2002.

Brian Ruland is the manager of the east side location.  He also is a native to Erie and has been an avid angler all his life.  Brian and Gary have been friends since they were young kids and Brian holds the same ideals of honesty and good service.
