Smoked Steelhead Spread

We have tried a number of different variations and the people who inhabit Poor Richards East have liked this best so far.

Ingredients

  1. Portion of Steelhead
  2. 1 8oz package cream cheese
  3. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  4. 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Essence (cajun or Old Bay seasoning)
  6. 6 drops concentrated lemon juice
  7. Drizzle olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add 8oz cream cheese, worcestershire, horseradish, Essence, lemon juice, and add some steelhead (that has been smoked) to taste, drizzle olive oil to get the right consistency to dip crackers into it and enjoy.
