Ingredients

  1. ANY SIZE STEELHEAD ''LARGER FISH TAKE LONGER''
  2. ONE WHOLE CLEANED STEELHEAD
  3. 1 SLICED ONION
  4. CELERY
  5. PARSLEY
  6. 2 CLOVES GARLIC CUT UP
  7. PEPPER AND SALT
  8. HALF STICK BUTTER AND 1 POUND BACON

Instructions

  1. TAKE A CLEANED STEELHEAD, SALT AND PEPPER THE CAVITY. THEN STUFF THE CAVITY WITH THE ONION/CELERY/PARSLEY/GARLIC AND BUTTER. THEN WRAP THE ENTIRE FISH WITH THE BACON. THEN WRAP 4 TO 5 TIMES WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. "THE MORE TIMES THE BETTER"; YOU DON'T WANT IT TO LEAK AND FLARE THE GRILL UP. GRILL ON EACH SIDE 22 MINUTES. REMEMBER BIGGER FISH TAKE LONGER.
