I fish this fly for largemouth (in a larger size) and smallmouth bass in the river. I fish this fly like a streamer with a few quick strips then let it sink.

Thread:	Orvis Black 10/0

Components

Black faceted Tungeston Bead
Grizzley hackle
Crosscut rabbit black

Instructions

First slide the tungeston bead onto the hook up to the eye. Then tye 2 tips of grizzley hackle about a 1/4 inch past the bend of the hook. Tye in the black cross cut rabbit and make one complete wrap around the hook and tye off. Complete the fly with a whip finisher and head cement.
