Regular Bass Season Closed April 12, Reopens June 7
On
April 12, 2024,
regular bass season closes on
Lake Erie, Presque Isle Bay, and all Lake Erie Tributaries
.
We will be under
"Big Bass" regulation
with a creel limit of
1 fish
, with a
minimum size of 20"
.

S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie Meeting May 20
The
S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie
will hold this month's general membership meeting on
Monday, May 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
at the Polish Falcons Club, 431 East 3rd Street, Erie, PA.
The meeting is free and open to the public.
This will be the last meeting before the S.O.N.S. summer break. Meetings will resume in September.
Kings of Bass Tournament July 27 - 28
The Western PA Team Bass Series will be hosting the
Kings of Bass
tournament presented by FishUSA on
Saturday and Sunday
,
July 27 and 28, 2024
from
6:00 am - 2:00 pm
each day.
The tournament consists of a unique format where one day only largemouth bass can be weighed in while the next day only smallmouth bass are eligible, weather dependent.
Registration will open on
May 1st
at the
FishUSA Pro Shop
and close at
6 pm Friday, July 26th
.
Entry is $200 per boat CASH ONLY
.
